Your responsibilities** * Perform preparation, processing, and analysis of biological samples according to technical procedures. * Execute internal quality controls to ensure result reliability. * Conduct primary release of laboratory reports. * Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory equipment. * Comply with biosafety, quality, and laboratory organization standards. **3\. What we expect from you** * Experience in clinical laboratory routines. * Experience with automated departments and laboratory equipment. * Knowledge of internal quality control and primary report release. * Ability to work efficiently, attentively, and meet deadlines. **4\. Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in Clinical Analysis, Clinical Pathology, or related fields. * Prior experience in clinical analysis laboratories. **5\. Preferred qualifications** * Experience with laboratory automation and laboratory information systems (LIS). * Experience in hematology, biochemistry, immunology, hormones, or emergency/urgent care. * Experience working in high-volume laboratories. **6\.
