The burger restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Perform food pre-preparation, including vegetable washing, preparation of artisanal sauces, and portioning of meats and side dishes. Assist grill cooks in organizing orders during the intense delivery rush. Ensure workstation and support area organization and cleanliness. Verify that supplies and utensils are ready for nighttime operations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Industrial Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. Completed elementary education required.
