We value respect, well-being, and the continuous development of our teams, fostering a solid and results-oriented professional environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Be responsible for the replenishment purchasing process through quotations, purchasing maps, comparative analyses, and purchase order tracking. * Issue, update, and monitor purchase orders in the system. * Monitor delivery deadlines and liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed terms. * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product registrations. * Prepare and update controls, spreadsheets, and reports in Excel to support procurement management. * Identify and qualify new suppliers. * Organize documents and support standardization and continuous improvement of departmental routines. **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Proven experience in procurement * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel * Knowledge of tax regulations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with the Sankhya system **What We Offer** * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Meal allowance / food voucher * Health insurance (after 3 months) * Dental insurance * Gympass * Bonus * Life insurance * University tuition partnership **Working Hours** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
