Work model: Hybrid — 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco — SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Junior Business Partner Analyst, you will work within the Internal Consulting Management area, and your main responsibilities will include: * Managing and updating databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal policies. * Automating and optimizing internal processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and reduce risks. * Monitoring and tracking transactions in corporate systems, ensuring accurate execution of HR routines and alignment with departmental guidelines. * Preparing managerial materials and reports for various forums and strategic meetings, focusing on performance indicators and insights to support decision-making. * Acting as a liaison with Centers of Excellence (COEs), routing operational requests according to specialty, and ensuring SLA adherence and service quality. * Supporting transformation and process improvement initiatives, participating in process mapping, design, and implementation of more efficient workflows. * Serving as a support point for managers, providing strategic information and guidance on people management practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Data analysis and reporting skills. * Knowledge of HR tools and systems.
