Provide support for administrative and financial requests The Administrative and Financial Assistant will be responsible for supporting the company's administrative and financial routines, ensuring organization, control, and support for internal processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record financial entries in the system; * Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Perform bank reconciliations and document verification; * Organize files, contracts, and administrative and financial documents; * Support the issuance of invoices, bank slips, and reports; * Update financial control spreadsheets; * Assist in monthly financial closing; * Provide support for departmental administrative requests; * Handle internal inquiries related to financial routines; * Ensure organization and confidentiality of area-related information. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. **Desired Competencies:** * Good communication; * Proactivity; * Agility; * Analytical ability; * Teamwork.
