Description: Education: * High School Diploma; * Cement Production Process; * Perform field inspections in the furnace area, carrying out interventions on equipment and cleaning along the line, as well as informing the Central Control Operator about equipment conditions and any anomalies found. * Respond to incidents in the cement clinkerization area according to requests and instructions from the Central Control Operator. * Isolate the area and lockout equipment on the hot line when necessary, following safety procedures and advising相关人员 on risks. * Call the Maintenance team to implement corrective actions and monitor service execution, aiming to reduce downtime of hot line equipment. * Assist the Central Control Operator in completing anomaly analyses by providing information gathered in the field. * Prepare material samples and send them for analysis when necessary, ensuring material quality during the clinkerization process. * Report shift incidents clearly through specific reports and production bulletins, promoting information sharing among process participants for analysis or decision-making. * Keep the workplace always clean and organized, creating a safe environment for performing activities. * Carry out other duties inherent to the position or as assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided proper qualification, knowledge, and experience are present. * Stay updated on technological advancements in their work sector, aiming for professional development, knowledge expansion, and contributing to continuous improvement of company results. * Ensure compliance with the principles and values outlined in Cimento Nacional's Code of Conduct. * Safeguard personal physical integrity and that of the team, third parties and others by adopting and promoting preventive behaviors regarding risks and promoting overall health quality. * Promote and comply with legal regulations and internal Occupational Health and Safety procedures, as well as environmental preservation, helping eliminate situations that could pose risks of workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental degradation. 2509170202251755886
