Perform entries in spreadsheets and organize documents as needed. Assist in verifying invoices, purchase orders, and recording incoming and outgoing transactions. Support validation of received electronic invoices (DANFEs) on the State Revenue Department's website to verify authenticity. Assist in configuring the ABAX system for importing invoices. Organize and archive invoices and tax documents. Assist in tax processes by supporting all departmental routines. Previous experience as Tax Assistant, Tax Analyst, Accounting Assistant, or Tax Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position.
