Supporting departmental growth through training and IDPs An automotive market group is seeking a strategic and hands-on Training and Development Analyst responsible for team capacity building, structuring development programs, and supporting departmental growth through training, IDPs, and internal marketing initiatives. Requirements Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;Essential availability for travel within Minas Gerais;Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering commercial training for retail;Experience with training and development KPIs and data analysis;Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B);Desirable:Experience with Individual Development Programs (IDPs);Experience with Corporate University platforms.Benefits Health insurance, Dental insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance, Totalpass **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
