Job description: Work location: Rua Marte, 136 \- JD riacho das Pedras \- Contagem, MG Employment type: Permanent — CLT Main responsibilities: \* Analyze and adjust claims processes; \* Verify documents and information related to service requests; \* Contact clients, repair shops, and service providers; \* Monitor deadlines and progress of cases; \* Prepare expert opinions and assist in indemnity negotiations. Requirements: \* Experience in claims handling/adjustment; \* Strong communication and organizational skills; \* Proficiency in computer applications and systems; \* Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred qualifications: \* Experience in vehicle protection or insurance companies; \* Knowledge of document analysis and customer service. The candidate will undergo training.
