Oversee organization, cleanliness, and restocking of fruit, vegetable, and greens (FVG) displays. Monitor customer service and directly handle complaints or inquiries. Assist in inventory control, product expiration tracking, and verification of received goods. Act as substitute for the Store Manager during their absence, ensuring operational continuity. Participate in scheduling work shifts, days off, and team rotations. Assist in executing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. Assist in product pricing. Contribute to loss reduction and compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and orient new employees on store service standards and procedures. Other duties related to the position/role.
