Job Summary:
This Human Resources Assistant supports administrative processes, payroll, benefits, and labor legislation; updates employee records; and assists employees.

**Human Resources Assistant – Focus on Labor Routine Tasks**
**Location:** Sete Lagoas/MG – Cidade de Deus neighborhood
**Work Model:** On-site
**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Contract Type:** Temporary CLT (12 months, with possibility of renewal)

Main Responsibilities
* Support HR administrative processes.
* Perform control and updating of employee records.
* Assist with onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and internal movements.
* Support payroll, benefits, and time tracking routines.
* Assist employees by clarifying doubts about HR processes and labor legislation.
* Update departmental reports and indicators.
* Organize documentation for audits and compliance processes.
* Participate in HR process projects and improvements.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
* **Basic knowledge of labor legislation.**
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Planning ability and teamwork skills.
