We are looking for an **HR Analyst** to work in Personnel Administration, supporting the execution and control of key processes related to the employee lifecycle. This position will be responsible for ensuring proper management of routines such as hiring, termination, time tracking, vacation, and benefits, guaranteeing compliance with labor legislation and established deadlines. Additionally, it will involve constant interaction with employees and managers, providing HR-related support and guidance.
