Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling organizational resources, including assets, materials, information, finances, and technology. They work on implementing strategic programs and projects, directly supporting personnel and human resources departments. They participate in developing organizational planning, conduct process optimization studies, and monitor company performance. Additionally, they provide administrative consulting, offering specialized support for decision-making, contributing to operational efficiency and sustainable organizational growth. **1\. Submit purchase requests from departments to Soluctia Finance** **2\. Create administrative control notebooks** **3\. Update the school bulletin board** **4\. Conduct rounds promoting economy and hygiene in the school** **5\. Review contracts** **6\. Manage and maintain the school's physical space and hygiene** **7\. Recruit staff for the school** **8\.
