On-site work from Monday to Saturday at the bakery, and predominantly remote work related to the mobile phone store. This role involves HR policy and process administration, employee benefits management, and HR practice support. The professional will be responsible for activities related to process implementation, support for managers and employees, as well as maintaining a healthy and productive organizational environment.
