This OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: Learning Instructor at CIEE-RS! * Deliver youth training within the apprenticeship program, adhering to the program’s methodology and guidelines; * Plan and conduct theoretical learning sessions, considering the program’s methodology and the specific realities of each group; * Adapt and propose activities that encourage apprentices to go beyond the presented content, fostering reflection and the development of competencies for the world of work; * Act as a mediator/facilitator in the learning process for adolescents and young people; * Promote and support apprentices’ development, providing appropriate follow-up when necessary; * Record and monitor apprentices’ attendance in theoretical training; * Complete required entries in the internal system; * Propose and participate in monitoring meetings for apprentices, together with companies and other stakeholders; * Support critical analysis of processes within your area of responsibility, suggesting improvements when necessary; * Provide support for other departmental activities, as needed. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in final semesters of Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Teacher Education programs; Experience in education and/or working with youth is desirable; Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. **"Here, everyone has room to grow.
