**Job Description:** * Manage inventory, as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes; * Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs; * Ensure quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are fulfilled; * Generate metric reports and perform data analysis tasks to identify problems and opportunities for process improvement; * Partner with and communicate\-with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers; * Manage and develop a logistics team; * Create and manage budgets. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering; * 5\+ years of experience working in logistics, warehousing, or transportation operations; * Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles; * Strong teamwork skills; * Ability to manage, guide, and provide training to subordinates; * Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; * Practical knowledge of logistics and inventory software.
