Ensures finish quality, compliance with technical standards, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating compressed-air spray guns and/or airless systems; * Surface preparation skills; * Knowledge of paint types (PU, epoxy, synthetic enamel, anticorrosive, etc.); * Ability to read technical data sheets and application instructions; * Understanding of dew point, flash point, drying time, and curing time. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as an industrial painter or in similar sectors; * Familiarity with blasting and anticorrosive treatment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, degreasing, residue removal, application of primers, fillers, and undercoats); * Operate **compressed-air spray guns** and **airless painting systems**, per technical specifications; * Mix, catalyze, and adjust paints, enamels, or coatings according to technical data sheets and manufacturer guidelines; * Conduct adhesion, film thickness, and finish quality tests; * Perform masking and isolation of areas not requiring paint; * Identify non-conformities and perform touch-ups or rework as needed; * Perform basic maintenance on painting equipment and keep tools clean and organized; * Strictly comply with **HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)** and **NR-06, NR-12, and NR-18** regulations, including correct use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Complete production records, material consumption logs, and daily inspection reports. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail; * Adherence to safety regulations; * Organization and care for equipment; * Teamwork; * Responsibility and punctuality in meeting deadlines.
