Operationalize aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical requests from corporate and residential customers through installation and repair of ADSL internet access, repair of subscriber lines and trunks, configuration of modems/routers, and restoration of basic and advanced configurations of microcomputers. Operationalize TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and necessary testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, replacement of parts and equipment, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Carry out Micro Repairs in Information Technology, seeking diagnostics and correcting issues or performing preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Carry out other activities of the same nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role. Knowledge of installer and repair technician tasks; definitive Category B driver’s license.
