MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in various maintenance activities, including plumbing, masonry, painting, carpentry, and locksmithing, as well as general services. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in general maintenance: plumbing, masonry, painting, carpentry 2. Faucet maintenance, unclogging, and meter reading 3. Masonry repairs, painting, and furniture assembly/adjustment Responsible for assisting in the execution of activities across various maintenance areas: plumbing, masonry, painting, carpentry/cabinetmaking, and locksmithing. Assist in maintaining electronic and manual faucets and soap dispensers; unclog toilets, floor drains, and pipelines; perform readings of consumption meters (water and gas). Monitor small-scale masonry and concrete repairs and other civil construction materials; carry out painting tasks and finishing on interior and exterior surfaces. Monitor repair activities for wooden furniture and utensils, installing hardware such as hinges, handles, and other components onto assembled furniture; assemble and disassemble scaffolding, roofing, and partitions; adjust and replace latches, locks, and hardware accessories for metal doors and windows (hardware); perform general service tasks (transportation in general, fixation).
