**Responsibilities and duties**
* Supervise receiving, warehousing, order picking, verification, and shipping operations;
* Ensure compliance with SLAs, targets, and operational KPIs (productivity, OTIF, accuracy, inventory turnover, lead time);
* Assign tasks and monitor the team’s daily performance;
* Conduct feedback sessions, training, and development for operational teams;
* Ensure inventory accuracy through rotating and full cycle counts;
* Analyze discrepancies and implement action plans to correct processes;
* Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, use of PPE, and internal procedures;
* Support internal and external audits.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience in logistics operations or distribution centers;
* Experience in people management;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Knowledge of WMS;
* Familiarity with safety standards (NR11, NR12, NR17\) is a plus.
**Worth noting:** Availability to work first and third shifts.
