Job Summary: A Project Designer will assist in project development and improvement, formulate technical solutions, and visit customers for after-sales support and product development. Conduct technical visits for after-sales support and development **Project Designer** * AutoCAD (Auto Card) * Production Engineering or related fields **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in developing new projects and improving existing ones under the guidance of a mid-level or senior designer; * Develop technical solutions to meet customer requirements; * Prepare internal projects aimed at optimizing resource utilization and leveraging available equipment capabilities; * Complete specification sheets and register OPPs in the SBI system; * Create technical drawings and issue sample protocols; * Conduct technical visits to customers for after-sales activities, complaint resolution, cost reduction initiatives, and new product development; * Manage documents and technical procedures related to projects; * Comply with applicable ISO 9001 standards and procedures for the department.
