Manage third-party maintenance contracts and services, evaluating performance, costs, and quality; . Ensure proper planning and execution of scheduled shutdowns, inspections, and preventive maintenance; . Control the maintenance department's budget and support investment decisions regarding equipment and infrastructure; . Provide technical support to the team in identifying and resolving failures and root causes of recurring issues; . Strategically pursue innovative and technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and sustainability; . Coordinate the technical spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical materials; . Collaborate with Engineering and Projects departments on implementing improvements and new installations; . Promote technical training and development of the maintenance team; .
