We seek dedicated, creative, and audiovisual-passionate professionals to join our team. \#\# Position \*\*Video Maker\*\* \#\# Work Mode To be defined (On-site, Hybrid, or Remote) \#\# Responsibilities \* Plan, shoot, and edit corporate, commercial, and social media videos. \* Create high-impact audiovisual content for marketing campaigns. \* Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during recordings. \* Produce videos in formats suitable for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms. \* Develop simple animations, captions, and graphic elements when required. \* Organize and maintain the company's audiovisual asset library. \* Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Social Media teams to ensure delivery quality and alignment. \* Stay updated on editing trends, storytelling, and audiovisual production. \#\# Requirements \* Proven experience in video shooting and editing. \* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software. \* Knowledge of image capture, lighting, and audio recording. \* Basic understanding of photography and scene composition. \* Creativity, organization, and attention to detail. \* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. \* Availability for external shoots, when necessary. \#\# Preferred Qualifications \* Experience with motion graphics. \* Knowledge of color grading. \* Drone operation (with certification, where applicable). \* Professional photography knowledge. \* Up-to-date portfolio showcasing completed work. \#\# Behavioral Competencies \* Creativity. \* Proactivity. \* Organization. \* Commitment to deadlines. \* Ability to receive and apply feedback effectively. \* Professional responsibility and ethics. \#\# Benefits \* Market-competitive salary. \* Opportunity for professional growth. \* Collaborative and innovative work environment. \* Ongoing training and development. \#\# How to Apply Interested candidates must submit an updated resume, portfolio, and, if possible, links to completed projects.
