**Renewable Power Plant Manager** At ENGIE, we believe the energy transition is built by committed people. We are looking for a Renewable Power Plant Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our solar assets. You will be responsible for ensuring energy production with quality, safety, and sustainability, leading teams and strengthening relationships with communities and stakeholders. **Your responsibilities** * Manage Operation and Maintenance teams for Renewable Power Plants, including recruitment, training, and personnel development. * Coordinate operation and maintenance of generation assets, ensuring adherence to plans and performance indicators. * Conduct commissioning of new power plants, wind turbines, substations, and auxiliary systems. * Execute operational cost control and conduct investment and asset improvement studies. * Ensure compliance with environmental licenses and continuity of socio-environmental programs. * Develop and maintain relationships with communities surrounding the power plants. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering. * Advanced knowledge of strategic generation asset management and reliability analysis. * Solid experience in project management, people management, and budget execution. * Proficiency in Brazilian electricity sector standards and regulations. * Intermediate to advanced English, with verbal communication skills for international reporting. * Advanced negotiation, writing, and public speaking skills. * Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management is desirable. **Location** Juazeiro, Bahia, Brazil.
