We are hiring a Griddle Cook who is committed to their work and eager to grow professionally. **Technical Skills** – Prior experience with griddle/grill (preferably in burgers or grilled items) – Ability to control griddle temperature and cooking time – Mastery of meat doneness levels (rare, medium, well-done) – Preparation of simple side dishes (bacon, cheese, grilled vegetables) – Knowledge of griddle cleaning and basic maintenance **Behavioral Competencies** – Efficiency and organization – Ability to work under pressure – Good communication with the team – Attention to detail and quality – Responsibility for hygiene and food safety Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.808,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Kitchen and Griddle (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
