Responsibilities * Provide **remote support** to customers, resolving technical issues promptly. * **Continuously monitor network assets**, identifying incidents and opening tickets with vendors when necessary. * Provide **remote support to field teams**, overseeing ongoing technical activities. * **Maintain and update network documentation**, ensuring it remains accurate and well-organized. * Establish **proactive contact with customers**, identifying needs and offering solutions. * Perform **equipment configuration** according to technical specifications and individual customer requirements. Requirements * Prior experience in **technical support** and customer service. * Higher education or technical degree in **Computer Networks**. * Strong **interpersonal communication skills** and proactivity in customer interactions. * Ability to **work effectively in a team**. * **Availability for 100% on-site work** and flexibility for shift work (12x36 schedule).
