Ensuring projects comply with specifications and quality standards About Our Client: A well-established construction and real estate development company operating in Recife and along the coast, focused on developing high-end residential projects. Responsibilities: \- Coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, quality, and safety; \- Work closely with resident engineers and field teams to ensure technical and operational alignment; \- Monitor physical-financial schedules, analyze deviations, and propose corrective action plans; \- Conduct periodic site visits to coastal projects, ensuring active presence and support to work fronts; \- Ensure project execution complies with technical specifications, regulations, and quality standards required for high-end developments; \- Interface with Procurement, Planning, and Budgeting departments to align requirements and procurement scheduling; \- Monitor construction performance indicators (schedule, budget, productivity, quality, and safety); \- Support contract management for contractors and suppliers, monitoring measurements, performance, and scope compliance; \- Report project progress to management/directorate, providing a consolidated overview of all projects under responsibility. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; \- Proven experience in coordination/management of multiple construction projects; \- Strong capability in managing construction teams and interfacing with internal departments.
