Quality assurance and compliance with standards (NBR 17025) An established company in the environmental solutions and laboratory analysis sector, operating nationwide with a strong commitment to sustainability, technical quality, and positive impact, is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor for on-site work in Recife/PE. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop the laboratory and sampling technical team * Organize and ensure efficiency of laboratory routines * Manage non-conformities and drive continuous improvement * Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations (NBR 17025\) * Manage resources and support internal process improvement **Requirements:** * Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Pharmacy * Minimum 3 years of experience managing technical teams * Knowledge of laboratory analyses and quality control * Analytical, organized profile with strong decision-making ability * Communication skills and people management capability **Additional Information:** * On-site work model – Recife/PE * CLT employment regime (44 hours per week) * Market-competitive remuneration (disclosed during interview) * Benefits: Meal allowance, Wellhub (Gympass), and life insurance Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
