Job Summary: Payroll professional to perform detail-oriented and organized work, ensuring excellence in processes and supporting the HR Department. Key Highlights: 1. Here, you will be responsible for maintaining excellence in payroll processes and supporting various functions of the HR Department, ensuring continuity and quality in deliverables. What You Will Do Daily: * Process employee onboarding, offboarding, vacations, and leaves, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies; * Execute electronic timekeeping calculations and support generation of files for bank integration; * Manage and control benefits such as transportation allowance (VT), meal allowance (VR), health insurance, and statutory obligations; * Prepare reports including vacation accruals and 13th salary to support management; * Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives within the area. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you need: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior payroll experience; * Knowledge of HR management systems; * Experience in HR departments, preferably in BPO environments; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Familiarity with LG, SCI, and Domínio systems is a plus. Nice-to-Have Skills: * Familiarity with digital HR tools; * Proactivity in process improvement or automation projects.
