What do we expect from the Project Development Analyst? Do you hold a degree in **Civil Engineering or Architecture**? Do you have experience managing and developing technical projects, reading and interpreting architectural, engineering, and complementary discipline drawings? Are you skilled at monitoring schedules, controlling contracts, budgets, and performance indicators? Do you enjoy working collaboratively across departments and with suppliers to ensure quality, organization, and timely delivery? Do you possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and ease in interpersonal relationships? Your primary challenge will be leading the technical project development lifecycle for Amarante’s developments, acting as the liaison between the company and contracted designers to ensure high-quality deliveries, adherence to schedule and budget, and alignment with the group’s technical and strategic standards. What are the routine responsibilities of the Project Development Analyst? * Lead scope definition and contracting processes for designers and specialized firms in architecture, engineering, and complementary disciplines; * Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and technical quality of deliverables; * Conduct critical reviews of received project documents, consolidating adjustment requests and guiding alignment discussions with designers; * Prepare budget estimates and support contract value definition based on benchmarks and company historical data; * Manage contracts, payments, amendments, and other financial aspects related to projects, in partnership with Legal and Finance departments; * Serve as the focal point between Amarante, designers, Executive Management, and operational departments, ensuring technical, financial, and scheduling alignment; * Maintain updated project schedules, controls, databases, and documentation; * Monitor project execution against budget and schedule, proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Suggest process, tool, and technical solution improvements to optimize project development; * Monitor and report performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects.
