Analyzing and solving potential mechanical and electrical control issues of equipment in the short, medium, and long term. Collaborating with the company's planning and management departments to resolve technical and mechanical problems, preventing future service calls and issues. Ensuring proper equipment operation. Diagnose, repair, and commission industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, performing analysis, performance adjustments, detecting and correcting electrical and mechanical faults according to technical drawings, projects, and technical standards, maintaining quality and safety conditions. Bend, weld, ream, and flare pipes. Perform pipe brazing. Fabricate lines and traps, insulate piping. Conduct pressure and electrical circuit tests. Perform regular inspections on equipment and systems to identify potential or existing problems. This may involve analyzing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components to determine if they are functioning correctly. Install and secure condensing and evaporator units. Interconnect units and components. Evacuate and dehydrate the refrigeration circuit. Measure superheat and subcooling. Charge the system with refrigerant. Replace compressors, electronic boards, and controllers. Replace bearings and mechanical components.
