Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and innovative professional to develop and manage service procurements, with a strong focus on results and interpersonal relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive, engaged, and innovative! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and execute service procurement planning via the Bauru \- SP regional office, aligning price, timeline, and quality criteria to meet requesting departments' needs; * Preparation of competitive benchmarking maps; * Presentation of scenario analyses; * Adherence to the planned procurement schedule; * Participation in drafting and activation of draft contracts; * Requesting and preparing procurement scopes together with related departments; * Visiting suppliers to inspect their facilities; * Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal customers; * Developing reliable and alternative supply sources; * Developing new business partners; supplier evaluation and qualification; * Continuously studying the market and staying alert to opportunities, trends, and other Supply Chain dynamics; * Staying attentive to opportunities for new technologies applied to the civil construction sector; * Assuming and managing risks in accordance with governance and compliance criteria, while remaining sensitive to these factors in an environment of constant change; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering) Residence in São José do Rio Preto Willingness to travel is required. **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------- * Technical knowledge of construction projects * Negotiation skills * Contract management * Microsoft Office suite * Interpersonal Relationship: ability to establish partnerships and formulate optimal strategies with requesters and suppliers. **Additional Information** * We offer: * Market-competitive salary * Medical and dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Gympass/Wellhub * Life insurance At Vitta, our mission is to **fulfill dreams and transform people's lives.** In ten years, we have become part of many people’s stories — whether clients who achieved homeownership or colleagues who share our passion for innovation.
