**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code Plan and execute the editorial calendar aligned with brand pillars, campaigns, and business objectives. Create original, creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok [future], LinkedIn, and others), including copy, scripts, Reels concepts, Stories, and trends adapted to the business. Proactively suggest topics, formats, visual enhancements, and new content approaches—without relying solely on ad-hoc requests. Collaborate closely with designers, videomakers, and the marketing team to ensure aesthetic, narrative, and strategic consistency across all content. Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s visual identity guidelines and tone of voice. Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention, clicks), proposing continuous adjustments and optimizations. Track market trends, audience behavior, and platform updates—and translate them into tangible opportunities for the brand. Engage with the audience (where applicable), maintaining interactions consistent with the brand’s positioning. Support product launches, campaigns, and institutional initiatives with creative thinking and results-oriented execution. Organize tasks, meet deadlines, and work autonomously and responsibly within the workflow. Ability to plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media (Reels, Stories, TikTok, Shorts) when required. Practical knowledge of smartphone and camera shooting—including framing, basic lighting, and audio capture. Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic level), CapCut, or similar. Basic knowledge of image editing and social media design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar). Strong writing skills, with ability to craft captions, short scripts, CTAs, and digital storytelling. Refined aesthetic eye, attention to visual identity, composition, and audiovisual language. Familiarity with dynamics and best practices of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Ability to work autonomously, stay organized, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines and workflow requirements. Proactive attitude, with initiative to propose topics, formats, and ongoing improvements. Ability to interpret briefs and anticipate content needs. Basic understanding of content metrics and performance analysis. Strong teamwork and communication skills with internal departments (marketing, sales, creative). **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience creating content for real estate, premium brands, or high-value products. Basic motion graphics and simple video animations. (Desirable) Experience with performance campaigns or integration with paid traffic.
