Experience in the food service industry; Flexibility for new learning opportunities; Organized, agile, task-focused profile, ability to work in a team, and commitment; The following will be considered as differentials: Experience as a kitchen assistant in a cafeteria; Main responsibilities: * Assist in preparing salads, omelets, fried foods, sauces, cakes, jams, and desserts; * Perform daily restocking of display cases, ensuring products are always neatly and attractively presented; * Carry out proper storage of food in freezers and refrigerators according to food safety standards; * Label products, recording preparation and expiration dates as per internal controls; * Support the head cook in pre-preparation, cooking, and finalizing dishes; * Keep the kitchen clean and organized, adhering to hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations; * Communicate clearly and respectfully with the team, contributing to a positive work environment. * Perform other duties relevant to the position. Working Hours and Remuneration: CLT employment contract Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 1-hour break.
