Management of personnel processes and performance reports We are seeking a Pharmacist for the city of São José do Rio Preto. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate branch activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and delivery deadlines; Act as the Technical Responsible Officer for processes related to transportation, storage, and distribution of medicines, ensuring compliance with current sanitary legislation; Supervise storage conditions, temperature control, and product traceability; Lead and develop technical and operational teams, defining priorities and ensuring achievement of planned results; Manage personnel processes: hiring, evaluations, promotions, terminations, vacations, and allowances; Prepare and monitor operational performance and compliance reports. **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Active registration with the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF/SP); Previous experience in management positions; Residence in São José do Rio Preto/SP; Flexibility regarding working hours. **We Offer:** Salary: R$4\.700,00 Payment: R$4\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a completed degree in Pharmacy? * Do you have an active CRF registration? * Do you reside in São José do Rio Preto?
