Experience in delivery, events, and prospecting commercial partners. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be determined **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT * Coordinate store operations, ensuring organization, layout, pricing, and brand standards; * Ensure product availability and inventory control (including refrigerated inventory); * Plan and execute event schedules (prospecting, logistics, and customer service); * Monitor and structure delivery operations (processes, team, and KPIs); * Organize and validate daily deliveries and pickups; * Monitor team performance and ensure customer service standards; * Monitor product expiration dates, inventory turnover, and prevent losses; * Support management in operational and administrative processes; * Prepare event budgets and interface with finance; * Ensure proper maintenance of materials and fleet; * Prospect new commercial partners (catering services, bars, events, universities, etc.); * Daily validation of menus, staff schedules, and delivery KPIs. **Requirements:** **Requirements** * Prior experience as Store Coordinator, Operations Leader, or Retail Supervisor; * Experience in inventory management, logistics, and store operations; * Experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of delivery, events, or concurrent operations; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and decision-making capability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in integrated operations (store \+ delivery \+ events); * Experience in high-traffic environments (retail, food & beverage, convenience stores); * Commercial mindset for prospecting new business opportunities; * Knowledge of operational KPIs and results-oriented management. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
