




Monitor and carry out activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, control, and dispatch of materials to customers, aiming to ensure stock levels and the quality of work performed in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and carry out material handling operations, defining the type of transport for each type of cargo; * Plan the arrangement of stored materials to facilitate their identification, location, and handling; * Inspect and carry out inventory activities together with the team; * Establish staffing schedules aligned with required operational movements; * Monitor employee shifts and attendance; * Ensure that activities outlined in the Work Guidance Document are being executed; * Ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are complied with by the team; * Conduct and/or support daily safety briefings with the team; * Maintain contact with carriers and suppliers regarding material deliveries and returns; * Gather information from internal customers regarding material priorities to guide dispatch scheduling and the teams under supervision; * Interact with customers, addressing their requests and ensuring delivery deadlines; * Guide/train the team in performing their duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehousing; * Experience in people management.
