Practice aligned with technical competencies and protocols **Position: Nursing Technician** **Company: AGERIP** **Location:** São José do Rio Preto/SP and surrounding region **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Salary:** R$ 2\.363,00 **Benefits:** **•** Hazard Pay: R$ 365.40 * Meal Voucher **Working Hours:** * 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM * 12-hour shifts according to the minimum defined schedule **Main Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive care to the elderly * Administer medications * Ensure patient hygiene and comfort * Assist with mobility and feeding * Support activities of daily living * Adhere to institutional protocols and regulations * Perform duties in accordance with the technical competencies required for the role **Requirements:** **•** Completed training as a Nursing Technician * Active COREN registration * Prior experience in the field is considered an advantage * Residency in São José do Rio Preto/SP or surrounding region **Desired Competencies:** **•** Ethical and professional conduct * Proficiency in caring for dependent elderly individuals * Empathy, patience, and sensitivity * Commitment and accountability Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.363,00 \- R$3\.216,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher License/Certification: * COREN (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
