Job Summary: A Logistics professional responsible for tracking fleet costs, performance, and maintenance; monitoring fuel consumption; managing documentation and telematics; controlling fueling; and conducting vehicle inspections. Preventive maintenance and fueling control **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Monitor fleet logistics costs, performance, maintenance, and availability; track fuel consumption, tire expenses, and maintenance costs; * Zero-tolerance policies for speeding or excessively long working hours; * Documentation management: ensure timely licensing, IPVA payment, insurance coverage, traffic fines settlement, and compliance with traffic laws; * Maintenance control: schedule preventive maintenance, manage inventory of essential spare parts and tires; * Telematics monitoring: analyze daily telematics and tracking data to detect speeding, harsh braking, and route deviations; * Fueling management: verify fuel invoices and fuel vouchers to prevent waste or misuse; * Fleet checklist: conduct vehicle inspections upon departure from and return to base (assessing condition, cleanliness, lights, and tires). **Requirements:*** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Driver's license categories A/B and practical experience operating vehicles; * Experience or exposure to logistics routines such as fleet control, transport monitoring, route planning, or operational support; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Basic knowledge of tracking and telematics technologies; * Familiarity with CONTRAN regulations, ANTT cargo transportation rules, waste disposal standards, and labor laws applicable to drivers. **Benefits:** Bensaúde Co-payment Health Assistance, Attendance Bonus (Flash Card), Birthday Day Off, Life Insurance, VA+VR (Flash Card), Transportation Allowance
