Think Javep!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Document organization; * Support in entering invoices into the system; * Document scanning; * Filing; * Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth daily operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged between 16 and 22; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized and proactive attitude; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Additional Information** * Dental plan; * Additional benefits, including transportation allowance, TotalPass, and on-site meals; * Opportunity to work at a growing company offering learning and professional development.
