Job Summary: The Mid-level Back-end Developer will develop and maintain critical APIs and integrations for Seguralta's core services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Participation in the full software development lifecycle **Description:** The Mid-level Back\-end Developer will play an essential role in sustaining and evolving Seguralta's core services. The priority is to develop and maintain critical APIs and integrations with insurance companies, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in systems supporting the national operation of the network. Responsibilities and Duties **Participate in the full development lifecycle:** conception, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance Develop and evolve REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Django) Implement and monitor integrations with third-party systems (insurance company portals, CRMs) Ensure code quality through automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) Work with serverless architecture and microservices on AWS Support architectural discussions and best practices alongside the Tech Lead and other developers Monitor and optimize production services, responding to incidents when necessary Requirements and Qualifications Solid back\-end experience, preferably with Python Experience developing and maintaining scalable and secure APIs Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases Practical experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, SNS, SQS) Familiarity with automated testing best practices and version control using Git Analytical ability to resolve complex production issues Collaborative mindset with a results-oriented approach 2512200202551758269
