Teamwork and organization **YOUNG APPRENTICE** **Job Description:** * Assist in controlling material inflow and outflow by entering data into electronic spreadsheets. * Collaborate in organizing and archiving documents related to the warehouse. * Help verify invoices and receiving documents for materials. * Maintain physical space organization, ensuring documents and materials are properly arranged. * Respond to and provide information to other company departments, as needed. * Initiate purchase requests for consumable supplies. **Requirements:** * Age between 18 and 22 years. * Completed or currently completing high school. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Interest in learning about administrative processes and warehouse management. * Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, medical assistance, life insurance, TotalPass, meal/food allowance. *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
