Qualification **Skills and Experience:** * Experience in AI use-case engineering and facilitating workshops; * Ability to map KPIs and build executive value narratives; * Knowledge of persona analysis and AI-optimized workflows; * Hands-on experience with Prompt Pattern Labs and AI best practices; * Proficiency with tools such as M365 Admin Center, Viva Insights, and Adoption Score; * Knowledge of AI security and responsible AI usage, including development of guidelines and playbooks; * Promotion of Microsoft’s Responsible AI principles; * Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or change management; * Track record in Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption programs; * Familiarity with frameworks such as Prosci.
