Seek continuous improvement in customer satisfaction **Job Description:** ---------------------- Supervise contracts with major clients to ensure compliance with contractual terms as well as the triple constraint: cost, time, and scope; implement improvements and enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise technical proposals to ensure execution within scope and required deadlines, consistent with the high standards expected by major public and private clients, thereby enabling the company to compete and fulfill contractual obligations. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil) or related fields in the electrical sector.
