Main Responsibilities * System Management and Updates: * Analyze, configure, implement and maintain the SAP system and complementary solutions, ensuring constant updates of modules, submodules and components. * Document all configurations performed according to current standards. * Technical and Functional Reference: * Act as technical and functional reference for IT topics related to the SAP ERP and complementary solutions. * Identify automation opportunities, improvements and new projects, acting on request fulfillment and support activities. * Analysis of Complex Requests: * Perform technical and functional analysis of medium and high complexity requests related to the SAP ERP, complementary solutions and business processes. * Ensure Quality in Implementations: * Ensure that implementations and changes to the SAP ERP system and complementary solutions meet previously established technical and functional requirements. * Supplier Management: * Control deliveries from suppliers, monitoring deadlines, costs, progress and quality, following all stages until final delivery and reporting to involved parties. * Certification and Testing: * Monitor and perform version updates of the SAP ERP and complementary solutions, participating in certification and testing to ensure delivery quality. * Participation in Projects: * Participate in or lead IT projects, proposing and implementing solutions, performing tests, specifying requirements, certifying, creating and updating documentation, as well as executing project management. * Technical Support and Assistance: * Provide user support in situations of higher complexity and criticality, involving doubts, failure analysis or incidents, handling operational errors and training needs. * Support other analysts and teams in technical and functional activities. * Documentation: * Create, maintain and update technical and functional documentation of the SAP ERP system and complementary solutions. * Autonomy and Decision Making: * Perform high-complexity activities autonomously in decision-making, respecting predefined policies. * Compliance and Ethics: * Promote and comply with the Code of Ethics, maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, respect legal regulations and company policies, identifying and addressing Compliance risks. 2510220202531823927
