Catanduva \- SP 1 position Not specified Full-time CLT On-site Senior Technology**Description** We are looking for a **Senior Infrastructure Analyst** to support and evolve our IT environment, ensuring high availability, security, standardization, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services. **Responsibilities** * Administration of Windows Server and/or Linux. * Active Directory management (GPO, DNS, DHCP, permissions). * Network support and administration (VLAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, switches, and troubleshooting). * Backup operations and periodic restore testing. * Support for virtualization (VMware/Hyper\-V) and/or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). * Environment monitoring and incident handling in accordance with ITIL best practices. * Support for security controls (MFA, antivirus/EDR, patch management). * Providing technical support at N2/N3 levels, including incident and request analysis and resolution, user support, workstation and server support, and corporate system support. **Requirements** * Degree in IT or related fields * Prior experience in technical support/IT infrastructure within a corporate environment * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Certifications in IT infrastructure technologies will be considered an advantage **Benefits** -------------- * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Cafeteria * Meal allowance * Life insurance **Location** --------------- Avenida Elias Bauab, 665, Distrito Industrial José Antônio Boso, Catanduva \- SP, Brazil, 15803\-155
