Responsibilities and Duties * Develop, monitor, and review the company's budget and financial plans; * Conduct variance analyses (actual vs. budgeted), identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; * Support month-end closing and performance analysis; * Assist in preparing financial statements (Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement); * Develop management reports; * Automate processes and reports using appropriate tools; Conduct cost analyses * Ensure compliance with internal policies; * Participate in process improvement projects; * Collaborate with departments such as Accounting, Tax, and Finance.
