




We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the position of Store Coordinator in our team. The professional will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, achievement of sales targets, and operational efficiency. Main responsibilities: * Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve established goals; * Conduct performance analyses and provide continuous feedback to employees; * Ensure adequate product availability in stock; * Maintain the store in compliance with the company's visual merchandising standards; * Ensure excellent customer service and efficiently resolve any complaints; * Conduct regular training sessions to update the sales team's skills. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Store Coordinator or Store Manager; * Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team; * Ability to make quick decisions and effectively solve problems; * Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
