Job Summary:
Professional to perform technical assistance duties, including inspections, scheduling, site visits, assessments, system updates, and supporting team and material management.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 6:03 PM\. **Work Model:**

Professional **Responsibilities:*** Check emails and the system for technical assistance requests;
* Schedule inspections with customers;
* Conduct site visits and inspections to address customer requests;
* Continuously update the system with information regarding the construction system, root cause, and other supplementary data, while maintaining Technical Assistance control spreadsheets;
* Assist in monitoring and tracking the workforce team’s work plan;
* Support control and preparation of measurements for contractors in the Technical Assistance area;
* Submit material requisitions and purchase orders in the Mega system for Technical Assistance;
* Purchase and collect materials required for Technical Assistance services;
* Monitor customer satisfaction surveys;
* Assist in tracking departmental metrics, such as SLA, pathologies, standard market curve, among others;
* Assist in inspection and delivery of units held in inventory when necessary;
* Monitor the development of owner manuals and common-area manuals;
