




**Job Mission** Ensure the expansion and accreditation of new providers within the agreed-upon timeline, acting strategically and relationally with healthcare service providers to guarantee access, quality of care, and operational efficiency for beneficiaries. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect, negotiate, and contract healthcare service providers on-site * Conduct technical, structural, and financial viability assessments of providers * Maintain close and continuous relationships with the accredited network * Conduct in-person visits and periodic meetings with providers * Monitor performance indicators related to quality of care, accessibility, and satisfaction, proposing improvements and action plans * Identify gaps in healthcare services and support expansion strategies * Serve as technical and operational support for the network * Collaborate with internal departments (audit, regulation, commercial, quality, and medical billing) to ensure a unified and solution-oriented approach in provider relationship management * Support continuous improvement projects, digital transformation initiatives, and efforts focused on beneficiary experience and network qualification **Job Requirements** Driver’s license category B Willingness and availability for travel **Education:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Health Management, Nursing, Economics, or related fields **Experience:** * Experience in health insurance operators, hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare sector companies * Experience in provider relationship management, negotiations, and indicator monitoring **Desired Knowledge:** * ANS regulations and supplementary health legislation * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel * Familiarity with network management systems or TISS/TUSS standards * Negotiation techniques **Behavioral Competencies** * Negotiation and communication skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships * Analytical mindset and results orientation * Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks * Consultative and collaborative attitude * Proactivity and problem-solving focus Employment Type: Full-time CLT or Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$6,000.00 – R$8,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
